Pappardelle are flat, broad pasta noodles originating in Northern and Central Italy. The name derives from the Italian verb pappare which means to devour with extreme pleasure, which we all do with this delicious type of pasta. They are made of Greek wheat flour and semolina, fresh milk and fresh eggs. Top quality ingredients and a slow manufacturing process give this product its unparalleled taste. They are easy to boil, within 5 minutes, and can easily combine with a vast array of ingredients. They go well together with all types of red sauce, light or creamy white sauce, meat, fish, mushrooms or vegetables. Prepared simply or intricately, they are equally savoured.
Ingredients:
Flour, semolina, fresh cow’s milk, fresh eggs, salt
400 gr.
