Such an aromatic fruit could not be missing from our list of products. We peel its skin, wrap it up in rolls, then carefully boil it so as to preserve its shape, golden, shiny colour and aroma. We serve it on its own, accompanied only by a glass of cool water, or we can use it on tarts, or even as a flavour-boosting ingredient in cakes and salads.
